OK. So the Easton carbon bars say: Use the stem maker's torque settings.
The Easton Ea-70 stem book says: Use the torques stamped on the stem plates.
The stem plates say: blank.
The reality is that at 65 in-lb the bar slowly creeps around. Does anyone
know the Easton official [or actual workable] torques for the bar clamp
plate and steerer clamp? These are both 2-bolt connections.
Thanks for the wisdom.

FWIW, Easton says to use 65 in-lb maximum.
