I had problems with mine from the start. After 10 years I asked about
having it fixed and was told it was covered under the lifetime
warranty. It was replaced with a regular threaded bottom bracket and
the frame refinished without charge.

I guess you could call me a satisfied customer.

You can get them from Phil Wood. If you need help with the size contact Tom
Kellogg as that Merlin was his design and he is a wealth of information.
