  1. My Dymotec 6 has started responding to rough surfaces by turning
itself on. I took the bottom off to see if I could get at the
mechanics to clean the spring/catch, but they're completely
    enclosed.

    Any tips? Any similar experiences?

A very well known problem (at least it isn't the other way round -
imagine it turning off at 40mph!). The importers are often willing to
help - have a search of the C+ forum.
