Is there such a thing as a good DVD that shows you what decent form and
technique actually look like in motion? I have spent quite a while sitting
down reading through books that contain millions of sequenced photos, and I
just can't help thinking that surely good lifting form would be better
demonstrated on film, in motion, and in full glorious technicolor. Does
anyone know if such a thing exists, and whether or not it's any good?
Thanks.

competition lifts. ExRx is only the beginning, and pretty poor at that.Hugh
