Im running Dura Ace 10 speed 7800 cranks and have 42 54 rings. i want to change them but i see there is a A and B size. my 42 ring is a 42A can i replace both of them with Bs ?

The way the shifting pins and ramps line up when installed. Shimano says they have to match, but in actual use it makes little if any difference.
