  1. Hey guys,
I'm just a guy trying to gain some muscle so i heard about this APS
stuff and bought one gallon. I have never taken powder protein before.
I have the directions, but it doesn't specifically say i should drink
this stuff after or before my workout. Is it before or after? Also,it
says to mix the powder either with milk(i will most likely use skim
milk) or water. What do y'all use? How about adding fruits to a blender
and throwing the powder in? Any thoughts for a first timer protein
    drinker? Thanks.

p.s: i have been lifting for about 6 months, but never used the
protein, but my friends told me that the only way to really build mass
and muscle is to drink this stuff. It seems true because in 6 months, i
haven't noticed much muscle mass, just some definition

you cannot add muscle by just adding protein. You need eat more calories
which come from good food source. Add protein only if you cannot have enough
    from your food.

Well, you can't add muscle just by eating "more calories which come from
good food source". So you've tried to correct an error with an error......
