Downloadable heart rate cyclocomputer

The higher end Polar models will do everything you want, but will also cost around $5-600 total. The HAC4 is good and has a lot of functions, but it only computes virtual power based on gradient, speed and cadence--better than nothing, but no where near exact. I'm not aware of any cheaper computers for all those features.

The Polar S725i gives everything that you have listed, given that you add the cadence sensor and power kit. Their power kit is a bit quirky though. The polar software is pretty good though. I switched over to a PowerTap and I miss it.
