  1. I've been offered a pretty good deal on a bike that I have no familiarity with: it's a Douglas titanium road bike. It's got a great component group and a low price (with high milage). I've never heard of Douglas before. Is this another badge-engineered Litespeed? Are there any smoking guns I should know about?

  2. It is the House Brand for Coloradocyclist (http://www.coloradocyclist.com). I have no direct experience with the company or their bikes, but the prices are good. Check out the website and compare your price with that of a new bike. Also, try searching the forum archives for the company name. Good Luck!

  3. I called Coloradocyclist.com a couple weeks ago inquiring about their Ti bikes. I was told by a customer service rep that the expensive model was made by a bicycle company in TN (Litespeed is in TN I'm told) and the other frame is made by tisports.com.
    Hope this helps,
    Steve
