There have been hotel raids before the Maratona, haven't there? I seem
to remember that, but can't find it right now.

In 2001, doping was found in the hotel rooms of some Italian riders. In
2002, doping controls were introduced in the Maratona. But when I rode the
Maratona, in 2005, there were no doping controls.
