The AFLD case could further hamper any hopes that Landis might have of
returning to the 2007 Tour, even if he were to be cleared by USADA this
spring.

Doesn't Velonews know USADA has no say in the hearing this Spring? The
case is called USADA v. Landis and it will be decided by the North
American Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)....not USADA.

Don't get all bogged down in the technicalites. They're only the
published rules, you know. Don't expect anyone to actually *know*
