Does anyone else have a problem downloading the new dietary guidelines?

Have notice that the USA government website has a corrupted file for the main text for the new dietary guidelines. I noticed the British government website very frequently have downloads that fail when the issue is controversial at least in terms of controversial new proposal for regulation of nutrients.
