  1. Hi all, Ive got a threaded headset on my bike and have never needed to adjust the height of the
    stem until recently when ive found it had come out a bit too far (due to some agressive riding me
    thinks :P) I loosened the bolt in the top, greased the sides then worked its way back in again...
    but when I tightened the bolt in the top again, its still moves quite easily side to side
    independant of the wheel...

    Ive just read how to adjust it properly with tapping the bolt first to free the nut inside, so i
    will know next time.. just wondering what is the best thing to do now to make it tight again as the
    bolt wont go any tighter in the top! Thanks, Ben
