Dear Cooeagues, Are there any chance for me to get
Doctoral Education in USA in the field of Forensic
    Pathology,

Your question could be taken a couple of different ways.

Addressing the most common Forensic Pathology pathway; you
would have to be a Doctor of Medicine (or equivalent degree
in your country). You would have to get visa status in the
US, take and pass the ECFMG (difficult test - about 15% pass
rate, I am told), get accepted to a pathology residency
(about 3-4 years) then get accepted to a Forensic Pathology
    fellowship (1-3 years).

If might be easier if you are already a physician with a
borac certification in Pathology, but you would still need
to pass the ECFMG exam and find a Forensic Pathology
fellowship program that would accept you.
