So, giving up drinking cows' milk is the road to robust good health? Or,
inversely, cows' milk is the cause of ill health and disease? I wonder if
Asians, who consume hardly any dairy products, are healthier overall than,
say, Scandinavians, who have a very high per-capita consumption of milk,
butter, and cheese.

Not a bad idea. But are you saying thaty merely visiting a medical physician
makes you sick? If so, your problems are more complicated than you think.
