I wanna be able to be as efficient as possible and avoid any possible kind of injury... My knees are not in pain but they dont feel right, i don't know why. I think maybe i should go to the nearest bike shop and get fitted right, what do you guys think?

I think maybe i should go to the nearest bike shop and get fitted right, what do you guys think?I'm fortunate to have a local bike store where the folks have a great deal of knoweldge and experience. They have fitted me without resorting to a "full on" fit process, keeping the cost down.
Being fitted to my bike has been invaluable for me, so much so that I usually have my fit checked and adjusted each year or when I've made a siginificant change to my bike (e.g. change the crank length).
It's cheap insurance for avoiding the problems that may occur if you aren't properly fitted.

I would seriously try to assess why your knees don't feel right (as you put it). I've dealt with some knee trouble which was a result of very tight hamstrings. This pulled my knee cap out of alignment when sitting in an aggressive aerodynamic position on the bike. I finally gave up on cycling for a couple years because of it.
Not saying this is your problem, or even close, but just pointing out bike fit is important. It might even be somthing beyond the ability of the local bike shop. I finally hooked up with a physical therapist who is a racer and specializes in cycling related injury. He fit me and put me on a stretching program that I have been doing for years. And I'm racing again!
