Do any of you have experience with using tri bars to lean on? I find my elbows hurt (as well as my hands) I got tendonitis last year from typing too much, I find it hurts my hands to hold the bars on my racer. It really hurts my elbows too.

A friend uses some on his tandem when touring, partly for aero but partly just for another position,
so I guess he likes it. But if you get a sporty recumbent you'll cease to have comfort problems and
still be able to go fast, quite possibly faster.
Pete.
