I am just about to invest in a new pair of road shoes - what do people think of the DMT flash series - or any of the DMT series
Are they too expensive or are they worth the large price tag?

Never tried them myself, but the guys on my racing team all wear them and swear by 'em. Personnaly, I'm riding the Specialized Pro Carbon Road shoe and think it's a great deal for the money.

I'm riding the Flash. I like light weight shoes and have been riding Nike Poggio's (the DMT ones). The Flash shoes are super light and wide enough for my pontoon feet. The material is sort of like patent leather but much lighter. These things are blindingly white but clean up with windex on a rag. As for as quality goes, they are top notch. Good insoles and stitching. Well made and sized correct. Carbon sole is super stiff. I've owned Sidi and Shimano shoes and like these the best. Pricey but worth it.
