  1. Dizzy Spiral Sandwich

    Makes 1 serving

    1 slice reduced-fat American cheese, quartered
    1 ounce very thinly sliced cooked chicken, turkey or lean beef 1 7- to
    8-inch flour tortilla
    2 teaspoons honey mustard
    1/4 cup shredded carrot
    2 teaspoons dried [censored] cherries or raisins

    Layer cheese and chicken on tortilla. Spread mustard on chicken. Top with
    carrot and cherries. Tightly roll up tortilla. Cut in half. Wrap tightly
    in plastic wrap. Pack in an insulated container with an ice pack.
