Hi! Someone recently suggested that I take a diuretic to help get rid of the buldge around my tummy
and back area that may be caused by bloating. Is this a good idea? Will it work? Do I have to take
one everyday, or is there a pill that I can just take once? Can anyone reccomend some good brands?
Thanks! -Lulu

You have to get a prescription for these. So ask your doctor. I definitely would not take any over
the counter meds or herbal remedies for this, though. You don't really know what is in them.

Lulu...nix on the water squeezing drugs...Diuretics are great for what they were designed..such
as kidney failure and gout...but you NEED 32 to 56 ounces of water per day to survive a stroke
of bad luck! Just BALANCE > your diet..e mail me for ideas. B-0b1
