I am about to depart on vacation to Disney World. As it happens the latest Bicycling mag has a short article on stretching while standing in the ride queue lines to maintain cycling fitness while on vacation. I was thinking that getting in a morning run would help me with my fitness and burn a few extra calories. How would you maintain your training while enjoying your vacation? Taking my bike is not an option😠, although I think that Disney does have bike rentals.🙄

1) Pay one of the ric-shaw guys to transport your family in from the far reaches of the parking lot, but insist that he let you pedal while he sits in the cart.2) 2x20 minute intervals on the paddle-boats in the lagoon.
3) Chase a 5 yr-old around the park all day, return to hotel for a nap, then repeat at night.
