Spring rolls and pho. Here are the spring rolls, and since we were
talking about Vietnamese cinnamon, here is a photo of my cinnamon.

Ohhh those look so good. A small dab of hoison sauce and I'd be in heaven.

Hoisin sauce is my favorite, but last night I made a peanut sauce, and
it tasted really good. The spring rolls had shrimp, chicken and thinly
sliced pork loin, so I wanted a sauce that could hold up to the spring
    rolls.

    Peanut Sauce

    peanut butter
    hoisin sauce
    chili garlic sauce
    catsup
    rice wine vinegar
    minced garlic
    brown sugar
    sesame oil
    soy sauce
    fish sauce
    water
