Well, I made it to Kris' farm. What a place this is. I'm overwhelmed. My friend Carla made thin crust pizza tonight. Gawd was it good. Kris tossed a salad and we ate and ate. Then we played Rummycube and Kris, Carla and Steve went to bed afterwards. I called home, all is well. I'm the night owl. I'm staying up with Kris' new puppy. Robert went to bed in the bunk house. I'm not real sure what that is all about and it is none of my biz anyway. Robert is Kris' husband. He manages the farm and shows most of the horses. He is a really good guy so I hope he and Kris can make a go of it. Kris is a forest ranger by day.
Barb's recipe for Oriental Almonds is almost gone. The cheese ball I took is about 1/2 left. Carla's chopped liver is gone and Steve's Chex Mix is obliterated. We are having a ball. I miss my babies. I guess I don't do too well away from the nest.
