  1. We just came back from WalMart with an assortment of goodies, including an 8
    pound brisket. It's on the smoker now. We're using Royal Oak Lump with
    hickory and cherry wood. The brisket has been rubbed with cheap yellow
    mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and MSG. Yes, MSG. The temp is at
    250................

    We'll probably be taking it off the smoker in about 12 hours.

    We're off to the laundromat shortly. Our neighborhood should smell awesome
    upon our return.

    Ah but Missy is clever. She has been known to [censored] a hot dog off the
    grill when the chef's back is turned. Shelly is in training and learning
    the ropes, but his short little legs hinder his leap, [censored] and run
    technique. He can't jump very high.
