  1. As I mentioned in another thread, I've got a cheesecake to make
tonight, so I wanted something easy and had to hit the store anyway.
First I thought about scrambled eggs with bits of sausage in it and
some buttered toast, but I wanted something that requires less
attention. I wound up with a nice corned beef, and will simmer it
with cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy
the dang cabbage, so I'm hoping Miguel will get some on the way home.
I'm sure he will, he's the one who likes it... ;-)

That's funny! I'm having sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns
and sliced tomatoes for dinner tonight.
And --- I have leftover corned beef from having corned beef and cabbage with
onions, carrots and potatoes! I hope you enjoy yours as much as we enjoyed
    ours.

    Dora
