Here is an easy sauce for fish that has dill in it. It was given to me by a fish monger years ago.
Dill Fish Sauce
Mayo (not sweet like MW!) Dried minced onion flakes to taste Dill to taste or parsley Chopped dill
pickle to taste
Mix well and let flavors blend for an hour.
