i am a dreamer and as a dreamer i am i want to work it out differently to get results.Same training same results. We are mostly same flesh and blood yes maybe one guyhas a bigge heart then the other maybe one is more addaptable in a bigger heart.Maybe fast and slow twitch mather the same.
Anyway today i did some 'stairclimbing' on the stationary bike at whopping 500 watt's i was using my muscles both directions to get to 30 - 40 rpm. I decided not to change this road anymore. i am going to fix my wattage at Level 12 500 watt and train off the saddle until my muscles allow me to spin and sit on the saddle.Stupid view? Any research ever bee done to counter prove this thought?
I hope not so. I hope my body thinks this is an attempt for survival. And addapt.
i Addapted to running 6 minute miles on the treadmill before. Now each day alongside my bike session i run 3 miles at least in 18 minutes(if more miles they go along at 6 min/mile pace).
Today i went for quite some minutes(5+) without one break and afterwards i went again. Trying to round up 'the gear' with my skinny legs. I COULDNT SIT ON THE SADDLE my legs just wouldnt be able to produce the effort.
But i did it. In total as much minutes as one can stay at vo2max. Maybe the road to the top is o far but it suddenly seems like pro's are humans after all.
