i have recently enrolled in college which i will be going to on monday wednesday and friday from 9 to 5 then i work tuesday thursday and the weekends from 7 am to 1 pm. I am a busy student so since i lost 80 pounds and want to stay physically fit throughout my 2 years of college i have changed my diet. I eat a cup of oatmeal and a piece of wheat bread and 2 hours later i eat 2 - 3 egg whites only. For lunch i will have a turkey sandwhich with wheat bread and for my snack before my afternoon 1 and 30 minute spinning workout i eat a cliff bar for dinner i eat either chicken or turkey with some sort of rap with yogurt. I ride my spinner everyday at about 80 percent of my heart rate for about 1 and a half. I am 6 ft and i weight about 150 pounds. WHat i want to do is lose body fat. I want to stay skinny but i want to know if this is diet regime is good for me since im so active i try to stay away from sweets and diet sprite zeros which i was notorious for dringking the sweets i ate or sweet i should say was vanilla ice cream i really can stomach anything else. I started this diet on monday its thursday and i feel drained, i feel like im running on fumes now. Could it be that im getting used to my diet or could it that im overdoing something. Please help!!!!!!

That was a mouthful. I am no nutrition expert, but at 6 ft and 150, I'm not sure that you have anything to worry about in the body fat department. Do you mean that you are not toned? Even that would be a bit surprising since you are pretty active. What I can say is this: Carbs give you energy. You burn carbs when you workout as hard as you say you are. Eat more carbs (rice, pasta), particularly after your spinning sessions (before would be even better) so that you do not feel sapped afterwards.I used to spin a lot also, but I gave that up and got a bike instead. You didn't mention if you have a bike.
The issue may simply be that you are not replacing all the calories you burn. Getting used to a diet should not make you tired. Your diet sounds healthy for one who leads a fairly sedentary life. In your case, you need more carbs. Do you have a hear rate monitor .. that also reports calories burned? That way you can figure out how much you burn and get a better feel for how much to replace.
But again, 6 ft 150 lbs = hardly any fat. (at least not enough to worry about).
