I have been on a diet since highschool. for those of you who saw my other post a little over a month ago, u read that i went from 325 then, to 235 today...i recently gave up mountain biking, and began road biking...i finally paid off my giant ocr2 friday, and have ridden it every day since....just sat. thru today...anyways, my diet pretty much consists of basically the same thing every day:
breakfast:
half a bowl (1-2 cups) cornflakes w/ soymilk
lunch:
1-2 fat free chicken breast with mozarella cheese slice on em sandwiches w/ 100% whole wheat bread
dinner:
varies obvously, but tonight i had a burger from the grill, a bit of beenie weenies, very few fries baked in the oven, and two dill pickle slices...
i try not to snack in between meals, but if i do get hungry, i eat a piece of fruit or some peanuts or somethin...oh, and btw, i only drink water...nothing else, just water...was hard at first but now everything else is nasty...
here's what i'm curious about though. i got down to 231 on like friday, but then when i started riding these past three days, i've shot up to 235...i know i know...it's only 4 lbs...but after being large my entire life, i get more paranoid about these things...i've worked hard for my weight loss, and i wanna keep my weight down...now, is the gain just my normal body variations in weight, or am i getting muscle and it's causing me to gain?...
