  1. Are these sufficient to warrant payment for my glucose
    test strips?

    295.74, 24 years, E953.0 plan 3 years ago, 790.22 2003-11-?

My argument is that there was a long standing glucose
disorder possibly since adoption trauma at 14 months,
resulting in 295.74, E953.0 and hospitalization.
296.22, recently detected, plus diabetes self-management
class started 2004-03-22, provides an enormous sense of
hope for me. How can I communicate this sense of hope,
and a simultaneous sense of desperation and frustration
with all conventional means for 295.74, to my insurer?

I gained 80 pounds after E953.0 on an atypical, lost 50 on
another, now exercise, am counting carbs, logging it all,
and have 30 to go on an atypical I found that does not cause
weight gain or my secondary problem, BPH. Dr. today gave me
the exam and said the BPH is down and we have reduced Flomax
to one per day, soon to be zero.

Can I present one prescription each from each of the
three doctors making these three diagnoses, all for the
    same strips?

Or do I have to get my PCP/GP to write one with all three?

I am seeing all four doctors tomorrow to try and wrap
this up. I've been out of strips for a week. It's a good
thing I can count grams, subtract fiber, add it up, and
write it down in a .LOG text file. I'm not stable yet but
    I've got data!

Spent 54 minutes in the fat loss zone Sunday, so sayeth the
HRM, with burst above it into the cardio zone.

All due to the death of my first lover, 2000-09-20.

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

The glucose disorder may have been aggravated or complicated
by amphetamine use in college 20 years ago. About 4 times,
never again. Not even sure, it was home made, not a
pharmaceutical. Could have been anything, but they told me
that is why they gave me perphenazine, to block and
partially reverse the action of epinephrine in my body. Damn
perphanize made me so slow I gained weight, developed
hyperlipidemia, and got ready to have a heart attack. If
they'd given me epinephrine for the heart attack while on
perphenazine, I'd have crashed. So I now am religious about
carrying my pharmacy slips and insurance in my wallet.

I just had an adrenalin flyaway yesterday. I had to
wait four hours to get home to get a hit of 'zine, and
it straightened me right out. I don't take it
    regularly anymore.

Oh, well, got to get some rest before the big day. Cat in my
    lap tells me so. Nite.

    Yours,
