destryoing cranks

Naw man, they just scratch 'em up real good.
Pedal grabs are better anyway, they're prettier and keep your cranks
nice and shiny.

they scratch it. and i suppose if you did a 20 ft. drop to a crank grab
it might destroy it, but in reality it isn't any harder on the cranks
than doing drops.
with the KH07 cranks unless you really look you can't see the scratches

I just learned crank grabs and it's not doing too much damage. It also
depends on where you land on it. Try not to land on your bearing
cusps. That looks ugly.
