Try sliced raw fruits arranged nicely on a plate or a fruit salad. Try to use fresh fruits that are
    in season.

A favourite of mine for dinner parties, etc. is ice cream with some fresh raspberry sauce. Vegan ice
cream, of course - Swedish Glace vanilla works beautifully for this. You could pair this off with a
    fresh fruit topping, too.

Make a fruit crumble, substituting vegan margarine for butter in the topping. Crumbles are easy to
make and popular and best of all, your other guests will not be able to tell! For your vegan friend,
you could serve vegan cream (small cartons are on sale in the UK - Soya Dream) or as someone else
suggested, serve it with Swedish Glace Ice Cream, which is so delicious, again, your friends will
think it's "normal" ice cream. Deb
