  1. Is there somewhere a comprehensive table which includes a) cable pull per gear for various indexing
    systems b) rear derailleur 'mechanical advantage' (millimeters movement over the cassette/freewheel
    per millimeter cable pull), and c) spacing per sprocket, all for at least all of the various Shimano
    and Campa systems?

    I'm pretty sure it's been done so I don't need to reinvent the wheel, but i couldn't find it.
