    That's what they alleged, but what did they do about it? Prosecutors
    should keep it zipped until they file charges and pronounce that belief
    through an actual prosecution.

    That was one of the worst articles that I have ever read. Unless I missed
    something, there was more information in the headline than in the actual
    article.
