At any rate, all oils have their upper limit on temperature. Your job is to learn which oils can take high temps and which cannot---and then use them accordingly, i.e., don't use them for cooking that isn't appropriate.

How much credibility do you give to a website with gibberish like:
"Our senses unerringly inform us when an oil's delicate fatty acids are vital."
Perhaps the answer is using a temperature controlled cooking device, like an electric skillet. If you set the skillet to 300 degrees and use coconut or olive oil, you should be in good shape.
