    im just slapping a 28er together cause i can and its fun to build
    things.i was just riding my muni around but now that im going to be
    putting a Gazz on it,i wanted to build up somthing more pavement
    freindly.

    mostly its just cause can.this will be the 3rd 28er ive built too,for
    those keeping score at home.
