I'm delighted to find that dead badgers are now available on 45-mile leisure rides, including the olfactory kind for visually-impaired riders.
That's 2 dead badgers, 2 dead roe deer and an intact crow that was walking about on the road as we passed within inches of it. Maybe it was already concussed; I'm sure it was very soon roadkill.

Why aren't we advocating regular retests for motorists? It's obvious a lot of them would fail and that'd solve the road congestion problem too.

These are the "swings and roundabouts" of deciding where to live in the UK. Upon choosing a location that has good access to dead badgers, you then discover that the council glass bottle breaking teams are almost non existant.
You survey another area and find broken glass at the side of nearly every road. Great, you think. And it is great. Until you need a dead badger!

I'd have stopped and had a chat - I like corvids. They make good pets too.
