  1. A very pleasant surprise today..blood pressure was normal for once so my Dr
    took me off one of my medications. He had the results of my blood test, and
    he said everything was great. He said, whatever you're doing, keep doing
    it. And this after only a month on Low-carb. This makes me double my
    resolve.
    I must be doing something right. But to be on the safe side, I will see him
    again next month.

    Personally, I think health reasons are FAR better motivation than vanity
    when it comes to STICKING to this way of eating.
