  1. My new scale has weight tracking so I could put in a goal (140 in the sort
term because I can't afford 3 new wardrobes too close together hahaha), save
my start weight (183, 15 over my prepreg weight of 168), and see my progress
    as it notes when I reach 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% of goal 🙂

Now if I could figure out how to keep the kids from resetting it every day
I'll be doing good. (really, do not start in on me, it's a joke)

Yesterday was a good "easing in" day though there were too many eggs
    involved for my taste.
Breakfast - an egg with 1/2 oz. cheddar, decaf cappuccino with 1/2 cup milk
(no cream in the house yet, I factored that in with my otherwise low carb
day, once I pick up cream I'll do 1/4 cup cream since the flavor is so much
    more satisfying)
Lunch - 4 halves of easy devilled eggs (eggs, mayo, yellow mustard, S&P -
hubby made them for me and for our son and said about 1/4 cup mayo and 2 T
    mustard for 8 eggs)
Dinner - 2 burgers, 1 tsp each mayo and mustard, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup broccoli
Evening Snack - 2 cups salad greens with 1 T bleu cheese dressing

Today breakfast was 2 eggs, black decaf tea with Splenda. Lunch will likely
be the leftover burger and broccoli if I'm hungry enough for it. Dinner
will be pork loin, not sure about sides yet, probably depends on if I eat
    the broccoli at lunch.

Concerning tea, I'm having a lot of luck with lemon flavored green tea!
It tastes sweet after a meal and green teal also has many fat burning
    benefits.

  3. The caffeine of green tea is still too much for me unfortunately! I do
enjoy Twining's ginger lemon for a treat!

Interesting, Coffee is about 90mg/8oz of Caffeine where my green tea is only
    25mg.

It does kill any hunger sensation! :-)
