Not sure where to look for 2nd hand, but that would be my
preferred choice, esp if saves money!!!

I got a spotless <1 year old Claude Butler Torino off ebay
last year (RRP
c.500 GBP) for £250. Tiagra spec, with Mavic CXP23 rims. I
also looked in C+ and other mags. Keep looking and go and
see (and ride) everything that fits the bill that crops
up locally.
