  3. Thanks. I searched on "Lopez" and not on "López" in cyclingnews.com and
    that's why I couldn't find him. Note that cyclingnews.com uses "Lopez" in
    the body of their report for today's Paris-Nice stage, but they used "López"
    in the results.
