FOS = Full of [censored]..... 😎 Landis made reference to riders who say they have a stomach bug when they under perfrom.... he thinks they should just say they had a bad ride and they got beat by a better guy....... insert Poppy for FOS !

[font=Times New Roman]I should add that today's stage should be a true test of the riders recovery after the TT..... I think Botero will do a good one..... he is strong there is no doubt about it.... Be interesting to see how Lepi, Armstrong and Landis go..... my tip today:[/font]

Not Landis......he rode poorly in TdGA in the mountains....

1) Levi
2) Armstrong
IF they stay together lance will want to win.......ne pas de gifts😉

3) Menchov (if he's recovered from a headache)
Disco will try and do their TDF thing; trying to ride everyone of there wheel so that the best can play it out together.

Any other climbers of note who could steal a stage and some time ? What about Vino going for a kamazee effort ?

The Disco boys may leave it up to the waterboys to keep Lepi in yellow...? Be intresting see if Disco and Armstrong are on the front foot today....?

The seven men's days are numbered I reckon... the lead has dropped to 2'40"... so arduous is the challenge in hand that certain riders have been dropped by the peloton, including Sylvain Chavanel and Andreas Klöden !

Levi Leipheimer has conserved his leader's yellow/blue jersey while Vino has taken the polka dot mountains jersey! We still have no news of Santiago Botero though, which is strange. The Columbian was confident ahead of today's stage, but his name was just not mentioned over the radio updates... Bizarre. Will keep you informed.
