  1. My wife and I will probibly be going to Fort Mountain to
watch the race head into the "hills". Due to a time crunch I
wont be able to go to the finish line and buy any sovieneers
(sp?). Will there be vendors selling stuff along the route?
Dalton is out of the question as they are saying traffic
will be a nightmare, fans will be converging with morning
rush hour. I want some stuff dang it!

Tell me about it. I dropped a wad at the Sea Otter buying
stuff from sponsor promo tents (the free beer at the Clif
Bar tent didn't help me save any money either, though I did
get to meet Allison Dunlap, she's a cutie :-) Don't know
what to tell you, other than get to one end or the other
well before things start to happen. If you're looking for a
good vantage point along a race route, try to get a spot
near or at the top of a climb. On the way down they go too
    fast to see.

  3. There is a 'Merchandise' link on the web page, mostly
    apparel.
