Hi all
Just wondering if someone could recommend me a daily commuter for work? I live about 16km from work, but more like 20km when you take the route I'll travel into account. I plan to only cycle one way, then catch a ferry the other way back.
Budget of $400.

The first thing I would do is visit the bike shops in your area and see what they have available in your price range and size. Test ride as many different models as you can to see which one you like the best, and also which shop you like the best.
Don't forget to budget for a helmet, gloves, shoes, air pump, repair tools, rack or backpack if needed, etc....
