Anyone have comments on experience with the Dahon Airporter and DoublePlay bags?
I've got a Helios P8 on order, and I'm considering getting one or both of these for
transporting the bike.

I've got two folders, a Bike Friday Crusoe and a Dahon Boardwalk. Either fits fine in the Double
Play bag (one at a time!). It's well designed and durable, but of course, it won't protect a bike
the way a hard case would. It folds up into its own pocket, so you can carry it like a waist pack or
strap it too your handlebars, but there's not enough room left inside to carry much else. When it's
unfolded, the pocket is big enough to hold your helmet and a couple of other things. Dahon makes
three different sizes of this bag; be sure to get the one for 20 inch wheeled bikes.
No experience with the Airporter. Since they just introduced it this year, I doubt that anyone has
that much experience with it. But definitely use some kind of hard case to carry a bike on a plane.
Gaerlan Custom Cycles also sells two cases they claim are good for packing Dahons.

Dahon has their own message board where you can ask for more opinions.
