Just learned about the cyclocross bike here.

But, how are these bikes, comparing to a hybrid? Use? First "real" bike?

Another good choice. Still not as fast or nimble as a true road bike, but quite a bit closer in nature. So slightly forward seated position (ie you bend over a bit more).
I would suggest you head to a bike shop and see what is up for offer. Then try out riding both the cyclocross and the hybrid style bikes. You may feel more comfortable on the hybrid, or maybe you like the slightly more aggressive nature of the cyclocross.
Then take note of what sort of parts come on the bikes that are available and check back here.
