Looking on the WACF site the other day, came across the Cyclo Sportif
stuff. Anyone involved in this? It looks very interesting, racing for fun.

yep, have done 1 (or 2 cant remember). Is good fun though is still competitive. Each race is done as a TTT where all of the riders have to finish.Next one is in a couple of weeks i think down in Albany.

Did you have a team for the full season, or rock up for one event and get placed into a team? I'm a
way off competing in one, need to get some serious miles under the belt, but it looks like something
to get into alongside club racing -

I was asked to ride for a team on a weekend i didn't have a race. Didn't do them normally though as i prefer to race. There are lot of groups that are formed through groups rides that happen on the weekends so maybe get out on one of those and ask around. I do papas from freo on a weekly basis and there are probably 3-4 teams that have the majority of their riders from that ride.
