cyclists seek Italian rental

We are 3 bicyclists that want to rent a 2 BR house or apartment in the Tuscany/Umbria area for 7-14 days in October. We would have a car, but we would like to be able to access a variety of good rides from the house. Preferably in a village or near a city like Sienna. Any ideas or leads? BC Rimbeaux
