A friend rang me a while ago to tell me that Brevis Choate has died
following some type of incident on a bicycle. I don't know any of the
details of the incident. Brevis was the President of the WA canoing
association and was also involved in many other types of sporting
activities including cycling and a bit of mountain bike riding.
