I need some help here. I just completely upgraded my PC to a Pentium D dual core system with PCI Express graphic card. Unfortunately, I had to reinstall WinXP. I had to reinstall CyclingPeak as well. My key won't work anymore. I emailed CyclingPeak tech support already but haven't heard from them yet. Seriously, do I have to buy a new license whenever I upgrade my PC???

No, but the key is a hardware specific code, similar to the one Windows validation uses. They'll need to re-issue you your code.
