    the race. What is the impediment to reporting all the
    race? Stage 18 reports began after 120 km and plenty of
    action.

    I'm sure it has to do with blimp dynamics. Definitely not something like
    CN's coverage starting when their feed does.

    Probably either trying to make altitude or make it at altitude.
